Do I have to exclude my family?
Not at all. This plan is about making sure your voice is heard—regardless of who else is in the room. You can include family as supporters if you choose.

Who chooses my caregiver?
You do. We’ll help you pre-approve individuals or agencies you trust. Only those providers are eligible to be activated if your care plan begins.

What happens if a caregiver fails an audit?
If your Oversight Panel detects a serious issue, payments are paused and a backup provider is activated. Your safety comes first.
